In our experience, there are four factors you should consider when choosing an online time clock for employees:

Factor #1: There should be a buffet of features that help you increase employee accountability.

For example, you should have the option to restrict punches to a certain location, require employees to take a picture of themselves when punching in and out, and so on.

Why is this important?
