What is included in each plan?
We have 2 separate products, ‘Time and Attendance’ or ‘Time and Attendance with Scheduling.’ All plans include all of our Time Tracking features: GPS Coordinates, Web Cam Integration, IP & Time Stamping, 128-bit AES Security, iPhone and Android compatibility, 99.9% uptime and 24/7 monitoring, Time Card Approvals, Reports, Flexible Pay Periods, Manual Time Entry, and the QR Code Punch Option. Are there any other fees beyond the monthly price?
Nope. There are no setup fees, termination fees, or hidden fees.
How does the free trial work?
You can sign up and use the system and all of the features for 30 days. There is no credit card required for the first 30 days. If you want to continue after 30 days just add in your credit card information. There are no terms or contracts, cancel any time.
Is it priced per employee?
Nope. For $25 a month (billed annually) you get 4 active employees & unlimited administrators. If you have 5 employees you move into our next plan.
How are employees counted?
We only count active employees. Employees that can punch in and punch out are considered active. (terminated employees or seasonal employees can stay in the system as inactive and they will not count against your total)
What happens if I go over my limit?
You can upgrade at any time and your payment will be prorated. (you can also downgrade at any time.)
