The way the time card approval feature works is that at the end of each pay period, our system requires approval from administrators or management to ensure employee’s timecard punches are accurate. This means you can check to see if employees are punching in and out on time, which will ensure you’re paying them correctly. It allows you to keep your staff honest and you can save yourself a whole lot of money on payday, as you can find out more here.

However, depending on the business you're in and how relaxed you are about punctuality, you can also set up rules where the time clocked in is automatically rounded up or down, or the nearest increment you select with a threshold of 2 to 30 minutes to make payroll a whole lot easier.

Compatible with any device

Since the entire system is set up online, it serves as a cost-effective alternative to the physical clunky traditional punch in clocks. As long as there is an internet connection, employees can quickly and easily log in and out of the system at any place, at any time. It is compatible with mobile phones, tablets, desktops, laptops, Windows or Mac. This means you can use this time tracking software on any device for your convenience. As a bonus, if you have staff who are required to work away from their desks and change locations regularly, they are always able to punch in their time wherever they are on their mobile phones, which will automatically sync their data with other devices to keep everyone in the loop.

PTO and OT Calculations

Whether your staff becomes sick or they are going away on vacation, they can enter any time taken off on their time card, and you can set it to be approved with management if you wish. Not only does this give you more accurate data on how many hours they have worked, but it also allows you to stay up to date with the location of your staff. This feature is particularly useful for taking paid or unpaid break periods into account too.

We support 40 hour work weeks, California Overtime, No Overtime, 44 hour Work Weeks and 38 hour Work Weeks to make sure there is no confusion at payroll.
